101 Constitution Avenue Office Building, Washington, DC


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) for tenant spaces within the 101 Constitution Avenue building.


MONTCO OFFSHORE TENANT
CITYCENTRE THREE, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to the Montco Offshore Company for the Montco Offshore office tenant fit-out at CITYCENTRE THREE. The Montco Offshore office is a 9,700 SF office featuring: an extensive amount of high end furnishings, millwork and lighting provided throughout the space. As part of TEC’s design we provided a generator for the space to handle the Owner’s critical needs and connectivity at all times.


TEXAS A&M BUSINESS SCHOOL TENANT
CITYCENTRE THREE, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering and Technology Infrastructure Design Services were provided to Kirksey Architects for the Mays Business School tenant fit-out at CITYCENTRE THREE. The Mays Business School is a 20,000 SF area including: conference rooms, meeting spaces, tiered classrooms, breakroom with small kitchen, lobby, and circulation spaces.


10 G STREET TENANT
10 G Street Office Building, Washington, DC


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to Amtrak and the American Psychological Association for tenant spaces within the 10 G Street building. Both spaces were designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.


LLOG EXPLORATION COMPANY TENANT
CITYCENTRE THREE, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to the LLOG Exploration Company for the LLOG Exploration Company office tenant fit-out at CITYCENTRE THREE. The LLOG Exploration Company office is a 20,000 SF area with: individual offices, conference rooms, meeting rooms, a breakroom, and 24-hour Information Technology air and electrical systems. The space also consists of UPS systems for some critical areas, as well as, the main IT Room.


VELITE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY TENANT
Kirby Grove @ One Grove Street Office Building, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering and Technology Infrastructure Design Services were provided to the Velite Capital Management Company for the Velite office tenant fit-out at the Kirby Grove @ One Grove Street building in Houston, Texas. The Velite office is a 7,500 SF office with conference and trade space.


NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION TENANT
Fairfax County, VA


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to the Navy Federal Credit Union for a local Credit Union office. The Navy Federal Credit Union office is a 5,900 SF tenant fit-out space offering members banking services.


SEACOR TENANT
CITYCENTRE TWO, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to the Seacor Company for the Seacor office fit-out at CITYCENTRE TWO. The project consisted of the full second floor build out in City Centre II and totals 17,000 SF. In addition to traditional office, meeting rooms, open office spaces, IT Rooms with 24 hour air and other amenities we were required to coordinate a new natural gas generator for the tenants “Command Center”. The Command Center included HVAC and electrical design for portions of their building that were required to remain in operation in case of an emergency in the gulf if power was out at the building. This required close coordination with the Client, Midway and Architect since the tenant was not on the top floor and the generator was required to be on the roof. The tenants heavy IT and Server room requirements were designed and provided in accordance with their strict regulations in mind and need for full backup power.


DTE ENERGY TENANT
CITYCENTRE THREE, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to the Seacor Company for the Seacor office tenant fit-out at CITYCENTRE THREE. A 5,500 SF office consisting of mainly energy trading floor. The tenant space required 24/7 air for specific desks and areas within the space to meet the client’s needs for all hours staffing and cooling to ensure no down time under base building power failure.


BAYVIEW USA HOLDINGS TENANT
CITYCENTRE THREE, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to Bayview USA Holdings for the Bayview USA office tenant fit-out at CITYCENTRE THREE. The Bayview USA fit-out was a 3,000 SF office tenant fit-out.


JOTUN PAINTS TENANT
CITYCENTRE THREE, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to Jotun Paints for the Jotun Paints office tenant fit-out at CITYCENTRE THREE. The Jotun Paints fit-out was a 6,000 SF office tenant fit-out.


UNUM LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY TENANT
CITYCENTRE THREE, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to UNUM Life Insurance for the UNUM office tenant fit-out at CITYCENTRE THREE. The UNUM fit-out was a 7,000 SF office tenant fit-out.


PDS GROUP TENANT
CITYCENTRE FOUR, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to Petrotechnical Data Systems (PDS Group) for the PDS Group office tenant fit-out at CITYCENTRE FOUR. PDS Group’s 20,000 SF space was actually designed for two tenants both owned by the same conglomerate. The space designed with an even mix of typical open layout and private offices, as well as, multiple kitchen and bathroom facilities shared by both sets of tenants.


ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TENANT
CITYCENTRE FOUR, Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to Environmental Resource Management (ERM) for the ERM office tenant fit-out at CITYCENTRE FOUR. This 40,000 square foot tenant fit-out occupied the top two floors of CITYCENTRE FOUR. With a primarily open collaborative layout and multiple large conference and meeting rooms the space was built for ERM’s Houston base of operations.


CONFIDENTIAL TENANT FIT-OUT
Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for this tenant fit-out. TEC provided full interiors fit-out, as well as, the shell/core building services for a major software company’s corporate office in Houston. The project consists of a total of 120,000 square feet of space for the Houston base office for the firm and consists mainly of offices, open collaboration spaces, large training rooms, full 3,000 square foot data center with N+1 redundancy on generators, UPS equipment and switchgear. The building has been tailored and designed to meet all the requirements of the Owners cooling and electrical needs to match their high demands for connectivity and uptime 24/7/365.
