EXXONMOBIL HEADQUARTERS CAMPUS
Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided. TEC’s involvement included 2 buildings in this energy-efficient 385 acre business campus.

The 100,000 SF wellness center includes: group fitness programs with Pilates and yoga, the spin studio, cardio and strength-training equipment, locker rooms, and gym activities. The energy center is the iconic focal point of the campus. This 286,000 SF building houses the virtual immersion room, convention center rooms, a lecture hall, executive floor situated on a full glass cantilevered cube building, and assembly and welcoming center for this 10,000 person capacity campus.

Both components of this project for TEC obtained LEED Silver status due to system selection, energy modeling, and end-user coordination.


NASCAR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
Daytona Beach, FL


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided to NASCAR for their Corporate Headquarters at the Daytona Motor Speedway. The NASCAR Corporate Headquarters includes 225,000 SF of Class “A” offices with on-grade parking. This project achieved LEED Gold certification.


CITYCENTRE
Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for CITYCENTRE THREE. CITYCENTRE THREE is a 120,000 SF, Class “A” office building located within the highly acclaimed CITYCENTRE Mixed-Use development. The building utilized energy efficient lighting, HVAC, plumbing and metering to achieve a LEED Silver certification.

MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for CITYCENTRE FOUR. CITYCENTRE FOUR is a 120,000 SF, Class “A” office building located within the highly acclaimed CITYCENTRE Mixed-Use development. The building utilized energy efficient lighting, HVAC, plumbing and metering to achieve a LEED Silver certification.

MEP/FP Engineering Services and Commissioning Services were provided for CITYCENTRE FIVE. CITYCENTRE FIVE is a 205,000 SF, Class “A” office building and a 235,000 SF open parking garage located within the highly acclaimed CITYCENTRE Mixed-Use development. The building utilized energy efficient lighting, HVAC, plumbing and metering to achieve a LEED Silver Certification.


PATRIOTS PLAZA
Washington, DC


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for the Patriots Plaza office complex, Phases I, II and III. The Patriots Plaza complex includes: 3 12-story office buildings consisting of 985,000 gross SF of office space and over 400,000 SF of enclosed parking on 5 underground levels. Phase I is LEED Silver certified and Phases II and III are LEED Gold certified.


1180 PEACHTREE
Atlanta, GA


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided. This 670,000 SF building was pre-certified with LEED Gold status. This high-rise in the Midtown area contains 37 office levels, retail space and 1,113 parking spaces in a 14 level garage. Additional work included 2,065 tenant fit-up for Bannockburn Securities and others.


KIRBY GROVE – ONE GROVE STREET
Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for the One Grove Street building at Kirby Grove. One Grove Street at Kirby Grove is a 16-story, Class “A” office building boasting integrated parking and ground floor retail space. This highly visible tower offers a compelling suite of professional office options at the heart of the Upper Kirby District. Its close proximity to restaurants, inviting patios and community green space provides around the clock amenities and active lifestyle options for today’s most discerning professionals. It boasts: 225,000 SF of office space, 25,000 SF of ground floor restaurant space, and an integrated garage with approximately 850 parking spaces. The building utilized energy efficient lighting, HVAC, plumbing and achieved LEED Gold certification.


MILESTONE BUSINESS PARK
Germantown, MD


MEP/FP Engineering services were provided for buildings 3 and 4 of the Milestone Business Park. The Milestone Business Park is a 635,272 SF Class “A” office campus with 3 Class “A” office buildings, one Class “A” flex building, and a developable 7.64 acre parcel.

Building 3 consists of a 169,000 gross SF, 6-story office building with a 165,804 square foot open parking deck, and surface parking for 366 cars. There is an enclosed skybridge connecting the parking deck and the building at the second floor

Building 4 is a 6-story, steel structure speculative office building. It contains approximately 165,000 gross SF with on grade parking and is LEED Silver certified.


THREE WELLS FARGO CENTER
Charlotte, NC


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for the Three Wachovia Center building (now the Three Wells Fargo Center). The Three Wells Fargo Center is a 34-story, 940,000 SF, double core Class “A” office building with retail, restaurants and lounges on top of a underground 7 level parking deck with space for 800 cars.


REMINGTON SQUARE
Houston, TX


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided. The Remington Square project is composed of a 212,500 SF shell/core speculative office building and a 222,700 SF open parking garage.


PROMENADE II
Atlanta, GA


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for the Promenade II building. The Promenade II is a mixed-use development located on 12 acres incorporating, 38-stories, 900,580 SF, a hotel, retail shops, restaurants, a conference center, a computer data center, an open air promenade and a crescent shaped pedestrian arcade. The Promenade II had a construction value of $150M.


RIVERGATE TOWER
Atlanta, GA


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided. In the heart of the business district, this 454 foot tall, 34-story tower is the headquarters for a major southeastern bank. Adjoining is a bank pavilion incorporating a five-story glass-roofed atrium. An outdoor plaza has landscaping and pools built as a cover for the underground parking.


PIEDMONT CENTER
Atlanta, GA


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided. Our services for the Piedmont Center consists of 12 of the 14 buildings (excluding buildings 1 & 2). Tenant fit-up and various projects are still ongoing in several of the buildings, which range in size from 6 to 18 stories throughout this large office complex.


1625 EYE STREET
Washington, DC


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided. The 1625 Eye Street building is a 12-story office building containing approximately 400,000 gross SF and an enclosed parking structure of approximately 200,000 gross SF.


LAS OLAS CITY CENTER
Ft. Lauderdale, FL


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for the Las Olas City Center building. The Las Olas City Center building houses the Bank of America, Ft. Lauderdale office and consists of 14-stories with 145,200 SF of Class “A” office space, 5 levels of parking for 732 cars and 29,200 SF of retail area on the ground level. Scope also included tenant fit-up of 105,000 SF of office space.


SENTINEL SQUARE
Washington, DC


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for the Sentinel Square project, Phase I and II. The Sentinel Square office buildings, also known as 90 K Street, are Class “A” office spaces in the NoMa district of DC. Phase I includes: 413,000 SF, 12-stories, a 2-story lobby, 3 below-grade levels with 317 parking spaces, and is LEED Gold certified. Phase II includes: 279,000 SF, 12-stories, 4 below-grade levels with 220 parking spaces, and is LEED Silver certified. A shared courtyard and landscaping, including granite tree planters, flower beds, decorative metal railings, and an irrigation system, unifies this building with Sentinel Square I and the 2 additional buildings to be developed on the site.


101 CONSTITUTION AVENUE
Washington, DC


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided. The 101 Constitution Avenue building is a 10-story Class “A” office building boasting 190,000 SF of space, a roof top deck, and a 3,400 SF health club.

MEP/FP Engineering Services were also provided to the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) for tenant spaces within the 101 Constitution Avenue.


POYDRAS CENTER
New Orleans, LA


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for the Poydras Center building. The Poydras Center building contains 7,500 SF of retail space on the lobby level as well as a 3-story-high terrace on the eleventh floor overlooking the square. With 27-stories in total, the first 8 stories of the structure provide parking for 450 cars and the remaining 18-stories provide 450,000 SF of leasable office space.


PORTRAIT BUILDING
Washington, DC


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided. The Portrait Building contains approximately 147,000 gross SF, a gymnasium, 45,000 of that total square footage is designated for church program space. The project included the demolition and reconstruction of a Church Building (Greene Building) containing approximately 31,300 gross SF; and an associated parking deck for approximately 125 vehicles.


CAMPANILE
Atlanta, GA


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided for the BellSouth Campanile (now the Campanile) building. The Campanile is a 21-story office tower located in Midtown Atlanta. The Class “A” building is 446,000 SF, has a 135-car parking deck, pedestrian plaza for public art, and 3-story lobby.


RIVERVIEW TOWER
Knoxville, TN


MEP/FP Engineering Services were provided. The Riverview Tower is a 24-story office building of 400,000 SF towering above the Tennessee River and the 1982 World’s Fair Site. The concrete frame structure with high performance glass skin has a rooftop helipad, 420 space underground parking structure, an outdoor plaza with fountain and performing arts amphitheater.
